Yoga therapy is a method of complementary therapy that supplements conventional medicine and other treatments. It supports the quality of life and improves physical well-being. It is aimed at people who suffer from physical or psychological limitations and who want to approach them holistically and responsibly, or who simply want to improve their daily mindfulness and give themselves a gift of time. No matter which goal is being pursued, the focus is always on the human being, who is viewed as a unity of body, mind and soul. At the beginning of a yoga therapy there is a personal conversation in which individual and medical information is collected. We then formulate a goal together, which is to be achieved with the help of a tailor-made yoga program (physical exercises, breathing exercises, meditation and other recommendations). You then practice at home and in the following sessions the effect is checked and the program is further developed.
