I am so excited to go on a journey with you with life coaching and/or yoga coaching. Most of my coachings combine the different tools I use and you choose what suits you best to grow.

Life Coaching

To be honest, I don't possess magical power, and I can't transform your life overnight. I understand that your habits and patterns might persist for a while. However, what we can achieve together is truly magical. Together, we can embark on a journey where you gradually begin to sense your inner peace and joy. Initially, this might come from external sources as you become more attuned to your needs. With time, you'll start to experience moments of joy and tranquility throughout your day.

I might not be able to lead you to a place where you can sustain constant joy, as I'm on my own journey too. But consider this: magic happens in steps. Each step you take brings you closer to a life filled with increasing joy and fulfillment.

We meet in person, for a walk or over zoom for one hour. I ask you questions, you feel, observe and I give you tools that you can practice at home. 

The session costs 85 Euro (1 hour)

Yoga Coaching

Yoga therapy is a method of complementary therapy that supplements conventional medicine and other treatments. It supports the quality of life and improves physical well-being. It is aimed at people who suffer from physical or psychological limitations and who want to approach them holistically and responsibly, or who simply want to improve their daily mindfulness and give themselves a gift of time.


No matter which goal is being pursued, the focus is always on the human being, who is viewed as a unity of body, mind and soul. ​ At the beginning of a yoga therapy we have a personal conversation in which individual and medical information is collected. We then formulate a goal together, which is to be achieved with the help of a tailor-made yoga program (physical exercises, breathing exercises, meditation and other recommendations). You then practice at home and in the following sessions the effect is checked and the program is further developed. ​

We meet in person or over zoom for 1 to 1,5 hours.
