Yoga Coaching

Yoga Therapy is a complementary therapeutic method that supports conventional medicine and other treatments. It enhances quality of life and promotes physical as well as mental wellbeing.

This offering is suitable for people experiencing physical or psychological challenges, as well as for those who wish to deepen daily mindfulness and consciously take time for themselves.

The individual is always at the centre of the work – viewed as an integrated unity of body, mind and soul.

Process:
We begin with a personal consultation that includes relevant personal and medical information. Together, we define a clear goal and develop a tailored yoga program consisting of physical postures, breathing techniques, meditation and additional lifestyle recommendations.
Between sessions, you practice independently at home. In follow-up sessions, we review the effects and adapt the program as needed.
