Women empowerment evening

We invite you to the series of women empowerement workshops which will take place every other Wednesday at 7:15 PM in Blissful Fix in Tallinn. The first one takes place on the 30th of November 6.30 pm. 

During workshops we will offer you “the box full of practical tools” which you can take home and use it straight away!

You will learn how to:

- energise yourself during dark days

- build your self-trust

- listen to your intuition

- motivate yourself

- talk to people around you so you are heard

- set the boundaries

- control your thoughts and not let them control you

Each workshop, lasting 90 mins, will be held in friendly, supportive, non-judgemental and open-minded surrounding where you will meet other like-wise women being on the same page as you.

In every workshop we will start with a meditation, visualization or body scan to relax your body and mind.

Workshops will be held by two coaches - Chantal Häberli and Ewelina Szeratics - who are experienced in empowering women, helping to change habits, supporting in discovering the inner-power and teaching the tools necessary for inner-growth.
